Free returns within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid UPS label. Orders placed in November and December can be returned through January 31, so you can buy gifts early. How shipping and returns work.
Your initials, embroidered on the piece in our workshop in Prato: up to three letters, one thread color, in the bottom corner on the short end (on the poncho and the triangle scarf, in the bottom corner). Personalized pieces arrive within 7 business days of your order, shipping included, and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
