The yarn comes from reclaimed cashmere — production offcuts and worn garments — blended with virgin cashmere by the spinning mill in Prato we buy from, half and half on most of these pieces. Recycled fiber is shorter than new fiber, so it pills a little sooner: we explain why on recycled cashmere.
