The cashmere scarf is an essential fashion accessory, but how much better would it be if it were sustainable and produced in Italy? The answer is Dalle Piane Cashmere, a company that produces scarves in 100% regenerated cashmere, entirely made in Italy, and with zero impact on the environment.

Regenerated cashmere is obtained from the recycling of cashmere fibers from fabric and garment scraps, which are then processed to create precious and high-quality fabrics. This process respects the environment and ensures an eco-sustainable product.

Dalle Piane Cashmere scarves are meticulously crafted in Italy, using state-of-the-art machinery and under constant supervision of experts. Thanks to the choice of using only premium fabrics, the scarves have a unique softness and durability.

Producing scarves in 100% regenerated cashmere is a choice that meets the needs of today's market and society. Dalle Piane Cashmere is committed to offering sustainable products that respect the environment and society, without sacrificing quality.

Choosing a Dalle Piane Cashmere scarf means making a conscious and responsible choice because not only do you have a high-quality product, but you also contribute to the protection of the environment and the community. With Dalle Piane Cashmere's 100% regenerated cashmere scarf, made in Italy, fashion and sustainability become a perfect combination.

DALLE PIANECASHMERE PRODUCTION

WE HAVE BEEN HANDING DOWN TUSCAN TEXTILE ART FOR 3 GENERATIONS

RAW MATERIAL

The garments of the Dalle Piane Recycled line contain at least 50% regenerated fibres with the remaining content being virgin fibres. The result of this process is a quality product that at the same time contributes to reducing the environmental impact.

The cashmere regeneration process is post-consumer, starting with the recovery and selection of used garments, and then moving on to fraying, a process that reduces waste into small pieces, from which a web of fibre is obtained through carding. This
web is then twisted so that it is reinforced, until it is regenerated into a new yarn. This yarn is then used to make new garments ready to be put back on the market.

THE KNITTING

The process of creating a knitted fabric, known as knitting, is carried out on a rectilinear frame loom.

The resulting fabrics are left to settle for a day to regain their natural shrinkage following tension and elongation caused by the weaving process.

ASSEMBLY OF GARMENTS

Assembly the stage in which the various parts of the garment are assembled: front, back, sleeves, edges and collars.

We use tools such as sewing machines, cutters and linking machines, which require highly specialised operators to guarantee an excellent level of quality of the finished garments.

WASHING AND IRONING

All our garments are washed during a phase known as 'fulling', which gives the garment the customary softness typical of cashmere.

The final ironing completes and enhances all previous operations. The garment is then bagged and ready to be sold.
